Background

Wolt Israel

Wolt is currently the largest food delivery service company in Israel. It grew quickly over the span of 6 years of its existence.
The design of the customer's Wolt app is crucial for the company's success. It strives to provide a trusting, easy to use, and fun experience, for hundreds of thousands, of hungry people.

The research is based on Wolt's first hand customer service experience, and
the solution is only a suggestion for what can stem from estimated data trends.

By making the information more accessible to notice and digest, we increase chances for a better suited delivery experience.

My hypothesis

In the order summary page, accidental mistakes might occur due to cognitive load.
